Berenjak recreates the Persian kababi in central Soho, with skewers of koobideh and joojeh from the mangal grill, taftoon bread and mezze to share. The restaurant states on its own website that it serves halal meat at all its London locations. Unlike the BYOB grills on this list it is fully licensed and serves wine and cocktails, so it suits a night out rather than a strictly alcohol-free meal.
