The Halo is for anyone who wants their therapy lamp to look good and pull double duty. Its wide, even face delivers 10,000 lux at 20cm in Day mode for your morning session (Lumie suggests starting at 30 minutes), then switches to an Evening mode with reduced blue light and a warm ambient backlight to wind down. Brightness and colour temperature are adjustable via a touch slider, blending cool 5000K and warm 3000K LEDs, and at 32.4cm wide it throws a generous, comfortable light field with less glare than smaller panels. It is the most expensive lamp here and, at 2.2kg, takes up real desk space, but as a single device covering both morning energy and evening calm it is genuinely versatile. Backed by Lumie's 3-year warranty and 45-day trial.
