The Nest is the only tub here that makes sense for a couple or a compact space. Its oval, bath-style shape (186 x 68cm) lets two adults sit opposite each other and, at 550L, it fits indoors or on a small patio where the round four-to-seven-seaters simply won't. It heats to 40°C on a 2,200W PTC heater, runs 104 air jets and adds UVC sanitisation - a water-care feature none of the Lay-Z-Spa or CleverSpa picks include - to reduce chemical reliance. For winter it uses anti-icing that automatically warms the water to 3°C if it drops below 1°C, and an energy-saving timer; the small water volume is also quicker and cheaper to heat for two people. It ranks here rather than higher because it is premium for its size and only seats two, so the value per seat is low.
