The Ninja ZEROSTICK Stainless Steel is the pick for cooks who push a pan harder than eggs and pancakes. It wraps an aluminium core in a polished stainless-steel body for even heat, is induction-compatible, oven-safe to 260C, and uses a cast stainless-steel handle rather than plastic — so it takes more searing heat and oven use than the aluminium- or plastic-handled pans above. Ninja rates the coating as up to 20x tougher than traditional non-stick, and backs it with a 10-year guarantee. Against the ProCook, that guarantee is shorter (10 vs 25 years) but the metal build handles high heat better; against the Tefal, it costs more but is far more robust. The main downsides are weight — stainless makes it heavy — and, like the ProCook and Tefal, it's still a coated PTFE-type surface.

The good & the bad

Pros

  • Stainless exterior and cast stainless handle take high searing heat and oven use well
  • Ninja rates the coating as up to 20x tougher than traditional non-stick, with a 10-year guarantee
  • Induction-compatible, oven-safe to 260C and dishwasher safe

Cons

  • Stainless build makes it noticeably heavy
  • Costs more than the Tefal and is still a coated (not coating-free) surface
