Trusted Reviews calls the H-Dry 350 one of the cheapest heat-pump dryers it has reviewed and a brilliant entry-level choice — and crucially it keeps the feature that most helps an energy-conscious owner: hOn app scheduling that can run a cycle when electricity is cheapest, which on an overnight tariff can roughly halve the effective cost. You also get a full 9kg drum (bigger than the similarly priced 8kg Hisense), a Woolmark-approved wool cycle and an easy-view water tank, at 194 kWh/year. The honest caveats: Trusted Reviews notes it runs slightly dearer per load than the best-in-class heat pumps (though still far cheaper than any condenser), it's on the louder side at 64 dB, and build and warranty don't match AEG, Bosch or Miele. Versus the Hisense it costs only around £20 more but adds real off-peak scheduling and a bigger drum.
