Are Christmas markets in the UK free to enter?

Edinburgh's Christmas is the strongest family pick if your children want rides and skating, thanks to its Big Wheel, Starflyer, Helter Skelter and covered George Street ice rink - just budget for the individually-ticketed attractions. Manchester is the best free-leaning family option, with a big wheel, an ice rink and a parade alongside huge stall variety.
