Perched 40 floors up in Heron Tower, Duck & Waffle pairs sweeping City views with an all-day, round-the-clock menu. The signature dish, a crispy duck confit and fried egg on a waffle with mustard-maple syrup, is the reason to come, backed by weekend brunch plates, pastries and a serious cocktail list. It is priced for the location and the food can be slightly overshadowed by the setting, but for a celebratory brunch, or an early sitting to beat the crowds and catch the light, the view genuinely delivers.
