Bill Granger built a global reputation on light, sunny Australian brunch cooking, and Granger & Co brings it to London in airy, relaxed rooms. The ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter and the soft, slow-cooked scrambled eggs are the dishes to order, alongside proper Antipodean-style coffee and a produce-forward menu that feels a notch healthier than a full English. It is a smart weekend choice in Notting Hill, Chelsea, King's Cross and Marylebone, though prices have crept up and the busier sites fill fast. Booking is advised for weekends. The restaurants have continued to operate since founder Bill Granger's death in December 2023.
