The signature 'All In' (for two or more) brings pre-chop bites and a stacked platter of beef, pork and lamb skinny chops on charcoal-grilled flatbread with sides for an indicative £28 per person, which is remarkable value in central London; Mondays add butcher's prices on big cuts (an indicative £8 per 100g rather than £11 — prime rib, porterhouse, bone-in sirloin and lamb rump).
