The Band 7 leans hard into endurance, comfortably managing up to around 18 days on a charge and far longer in a battery-saver mode, so topping it up becomes an occasional afterthought. It pairs a clear 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with built-in Amazon Alexa, letting you set reminders, ask questions or check the weather from your wrist without your phone. Its PAI system is the beginner-friendly hook: it distils heart-rate data into a single daily score to keep above 100, which is far easier to act on than a wall of metrics. With SpO2, sleep tracking, 120 sport modes and 5ATM water resistance it covers the basics well. Two caveats: the Zepp app can feel cluttered at first, and this is a mature 2022 model, so check it is discounted rather than paying full launch price.
