If you host, the Koda 2 Max is the machine. Its 24in cooking floor swallows a 20in pizza or several smaller ones, and the two-zone gas system lets you run a searing hot section for pizza alongside a gentler zone for roasting trays and sides. A built-in digital thermometer reads the stone temperature so you launch at the right moment. It lights instantly, holds temperature reliably and needs none of the tending that wood firing demands, which matters when you are feeding a crowd. The trade-offs are size and fuel: it is a large, heavy oven that needs dedicated bench space, and being gas-only it will not give you wood-fired smoke. For sheer output and hands-off convenience, though, nothing else here keeps up.
